There was an intense bad smell in the room reserved for us. We stayed the first night, thinking that it would go away after airing out, but when it did not, we asked the reception to change our room. There was no problem in the next room.

The hotel is healthy and the environment is good. There is not much breakfast and there is no update every day. The service at the front desk is not very warm.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful and gives support whenever needed. My experience was memorable and the family enjoyed the Emmar hospitality experience The breakfast was delicious in an prestigious environment which Emmar is well known for all of it brand of hospitality Also I tried the airport transfer experience which arranged by the hotel concierge

The hotel is new and clean. When cleaning the room, they did not take out the trash, did not add hygiene items and did not replace towels, they asked to do this, they did it. The Premier/Premium room is spacious, but the bathroom is small and the door opens directly onto the toilet, it’s very easy to get hit in the forehead))) we had previously asked for a Lunch box, since we had an early check-out, but they forgot about us) they called and they brought it.

It was a very clean hotel. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the variety of the breakfast was not a lot but it was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and kind and the room was really clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is also very good.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are luxuriously and tastefully decorated, and every detail is in place. The children's products are especially thoughtful. In addition to a complete set of toiletries, there is also an age-appropriate T-shirt. The toys delivered to the room were also well maintained. The staff in the housekeeping department are polite and considerate. When they hear us leaving the house in the morning, they will come over to greet us. The power cords and clothes in the room will be neatly stored. The breakfast staff was a little lacking, there was a separate menu for hot food, and the wrong one was served twice on one day. But the food quality and presentation are impeccable. Downstairs is Zorla. I really like a hotel like this that is close to a mall and is convenient for dogs.

This is in continuation of my earlier post about poor room and food services on 26/08/2023 in Hotel Sherlock Homes Ooty. My stay was from 26 to 28 August 2023. The manager Mr Bala has considered the problem with due weightage and promised to improve in future. I would like to share the other experience of the Hotel. The ambience is very nice, with greenery around and a well maintained garden. Excellent view of Ooty from the hotel. The sleep was comfortable and breakfast very good. I have no regrets now for choosing this property for stay in Ooty. Barring initial issue, had a nice stay overall. Pankaj Gupta Dehradun

The hotel and the staff was amazing. The concierge people were so helpful and attentive to our needs. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was so so good. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were very clean! I just wished the location was a little closer to the main attractions. We had to take taxi for going anywhere and because of traffic, we lost some precious time to the traffic.

My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!
