We absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. All staff were extremely friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Room was spacious, lovey balcony (except the pigeons!!), and brilliant shower room. Pool area is in the process of being upgraded, but it didn’t affect our stay. Room service was very efficient and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back for another relaxing break.

The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. From the time I got there til checkout they always had my best interest in mind. Regardless of the language barrier they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Special thanks to Gizem who took care of me every night for dinner and her manager musa. They made me feel at home. Look forward to coming back with my wife.

We stayed a family night on July 13. Because it was a residence concept, it is a nice hotel with a kitchen in their rooms. We didn't experience any problem at the entrance, it was allowed because there was a room that we could get in at 12:00. We liked it very well, we used the microwave. We wanted extra sauce and dressing, it was delivered immediately. The bathroom was very beautiful and very pleasant. We were not very hopeful about his breakfast because it was a city hotel, but we were very happy, there was a real fresh, tired orange juice and a great mini cruiser. Because it was a high-structured building, even far from the sea, the sea+ city view was great.

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I had jacuzzi problems every time I stayed in the last three rooms, but I never used them. The last time, the jacuzzi stayed not, the same salary was paid again. Otelin yeri kolay bulunur bir konumda, girişte çok çabuk yapılan işlem sırasında özelikle kimlik fotokopisi almadan, olması gereken sekilde sisteme giriş yaptığı için resepsiyon görevlisi Emine hanıma teşekkür ediyorum..((yıllardır kolaycılığa kaçarak kanunen yasak olduğu halde kimlik fotokopisi alan otellerde laf anlatmaktan yorulmuştum)) Selectum City Ataşehir Otel'de Ana restaurant dışında ayrı bir pastane yok (oysa otel bilgilerini okuduğumda varmış gibi anlaşılıyor) hem kahvaltı hem pasta /çay-kahve için hem de yemek için loby katındaki Restaurant da hizmet veriliyor...Doğum günüm olduğu için bana yardımcı olarak nefis bir pasta sunumu sağlayan Engincan bey'e teşekkür ediyorum..Spa kısmında yaptırdığım kese köpük masajımı yapan Bali den gelmiş olan Cintia'nın yaptığı işlemden de memnun kaldım..Spa da bulunan Kemal Bey'e güleryüzle bilgilendirmesi için teşekkürler...Otel konaklaması yapanlara kese köpük masaj fiyatı gay***makul fiyatlandırmadaydı ( 1.000TL /”03-03-2024 itibariyle) Alacarte olarak sunulan akşam yemeğinde istediğim 'Tavuk Şinitzel' görsel olarak çok hoş sunuldu fakat tam kızdırılmamış yağda pişirildiği için yağ çekmiş ve kıtır kıtırdı *fazla acıkmış olduğum için yedim fakat çok zor bitirdim* Nazik tavırlı güleryüzle hizmet eden bayan garsona teşekkür ederken yemeği yapan kişi için ”Şef mi bilmiyorum” teşekkür edemiyorum çünkü yemek gece bana ciddi sıkıntı verdi...Oysa Otel'e girişte yemediğim bir sey var mı diye bile soruldu ki bu ilk kez karşılaştığım müsteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir anlayışı gösteren ince bir düşünceydi...O vakit bu kadar basit bir Tavuk Sinitzel yağ çekmiş olmamalıydı diye düşünüyorum...(Çalışanlardan genç olanların hepsi yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü fakat orta yaşlı olanlar hiç de aynı değillerdi) Otel şık, zarif, ferah bir dizayna sahip, asansörler üst katlara ancak kart okutarak çıkıyor.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel! They always offer assistant even when not needed, they did not lack anything and I truly appreciate the receptionist. I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Esma and Olgun, and Emre, and the manager Huseyin were great, every time I went out and came back in they were ready to assisted. My room was always clean and had refreshments when I came back. Thank you very much!
