Hotels near Zeral Alışveriş Merkezleri Saadetdere, Istanbul

The breakfast is great. It's a relatively new hotel, so it's clean overall and the relaxation lounge is good. The only thing is, there is no separate bathroom ventilation facility. Usually, if there is no separate bathroom, there are cases where the bathroom is powered by the power source, but there is none. Even the front desk didn't know much about it, and there was no staff member who told me that I had to open the bathroom door and use the room's ventilation system. It's all good, but there's one thing that's unfortunate. The location is in the commercial area across from Esenyurt University, so dining or light shopping is no problem. Public transportation is not accessible to Istanbul center, so accessibility is limited.

The hotel is convenient. It is very convenient to book with Ctrip. There are two large supermarkets nearby. Just across the road is a pedestrian street with many delicious barbecue burritos. The transportation is convenient, taxis and buses are available. The safety factor is very high, there are many choices for breakfast, and the taste is good and has local characteristics.

Rooms are almost coming in the room with you, but still it's a good place for accommodation.

The hotel was clean. It's what you expect from Ibis international brand. The rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was superb with many options of both hot and cold items. The lobby, restaurant, and lounge was all nicely renovated and modern. It's close walking distance to several malls and restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was in a busy area but close to the international school where our children had a basketball tournament. Dinner options were great at the nearby Marmara Park Mall. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. I checked in with my 13-year old daughter. Upon check-in, they asked for passport or local identity card. I had mine in my wallet, but i forgot my daughter's. Usually, in hotels in Turkey, if you forget to bring it, they ask you to show a copy. I showed them on my phone a copy of her id. But it took so long for the check-in person to make phone calls and verify if this was okay. First of all, nowhere in any of the confirmation emails did it say we needed to bring this, especially for a minor. And it took way too long for us to get our room key and check-in. I don't know what they would have done? Were they gonna ask my 13-year-old daughter to sleep outside, or in the lobby? Even if I didn't have a copy, they should have gone above and beyond in customer service to allow her to stay. I personally know that they just need her identity details to report every night to the authorities who is staying in their hotel. They can easily try to work with me and make us feel comfortable. My other complaint was the speed of the wifi in my room. Several times, there was no connection, or I got kicked off, and had to login again. Don't expect great streaming on your devices in this hotel.

The hotel room is quite big, clean and has a helpful service team. It was appreciable that it served shuttle bus between exhibition and hotel

They changed me to a small room and said I could check in immediately and put my luggage in! I couldn't sleep the whole night, it was so noisy! Cars coming and going on the road, the diaphragm response is extremely poor! This price, such an environment! A hotel I won’t choose again!

The Hotel Is very nice and clean. Swiming pool, restaurant, fitness, bar, all perfect. Most of all, i appreciated all the team of this Hotel, each single person. Mrs. SEREN, front office Manager helped me promptly for a personal issue and Mrs. Hulya Who took care about my room each day with devotion and smiley and welcoming face. All delicate persons. Thanks to all the team. Little attentions make the day of people, specially when we travel for business.❤️. A lovely cat was the First welcome 🐱❤️

Nice hotel with walking distance to Tuyap Exhibition Center. There are a lot of nice food outlets nearby. Sure will book again for our next trip visiting Exhibition in Istanbul

It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the exhibition hall. The transportation and environment are okay. There are many restaurants across the overpass.
