The breakfast was very good. I opened a twelve room for me and my friends to sit and eat. The decoration is very old. There are a lot of interesting Showa items in the first floor and the corridor. There are also many signature sneakers with Kashima antlers. And jersey. It is also close to JR, but unfortunately there are too few trains at Chaolai Station. The shuttle bus left the hotel at 4:30 A.M just like it was scheduled. Honestly if I had to stay near Narita airport I would stay here again.

The Internet connection in the building that has become common for free recently, but the line here is too thin or the net is not used anyway. It is right next to Sabara Station and is outstanding as a base for sightseeing. There are also seven eleven nearby. It was a very beautiful hotel, and the room was small but there was a sofa, so I could relax. However, personally, the bed was hard and the blanket felt heavy. In the breakfast buffet, disinfection was placed at the entrance as a countermeasure against corona, and vinyl gloves were handed over. The dishes were rich and all were delicious. The public bath had enough space in the washroom and it was good to be able to use without worrying about others. It is a recommended hotel for Sabara sightseeing.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.
