The location of this apartment is very good. It is very close to the subway station and the bus station. It is very convenient to take the bus to the scenic spots Omuroyama and Kinosaki Coast. To go to Omuroyama, take the No. 5 bus to the end, and to go to the Kinosaki Coast, take the No. 2 bus Go back to the end of Izu Marine Park, or you can take the bus to Kinosaki Kaiganguchi Station and walk forward. We got off at Kinosaki Kaigan and walked forward. The slope is lower than walking back, which is much more comfortable. It is also very close to a large supermarket. The apartment is good in every aspect. You can cook. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the quilt cover is half-length. It can only cover the bottom and four corners, but not the top. Some quilts look very dirty and stained, which is very uncomfortable😞 By the way, don’t forget to buy a one-day ticket when taking the bus, it will be half the price.

The property was very clean and spacious. The hosts instructions were very clear with lots of information about nearby shopping, restaurants and hot springs. The car park was very close to the property as well as the station being one minute away. The beach is also a one minute walk. I highly recommend this property for both small and large groups.

The room, facilities, and futons were very clean, and we had a great time! There were also games and the children were happy.
It has good access to Ito Orange Beach, and since it's right in front of the station, it's easy to shop, so it was very comfortable for families with children!
Also, I wanted to go swimming at the beach before checking in, so I contacted them in advance and they kindly let me park my car early, which was very helpful! I would definitely use it again.
