This is a no-frills but perfectly functional, inexpensive hotel, good for a short stay. Housekeeping was perfect. Room small but comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, but please note that no English is spoken. The set breakfast is adequate (choice of Japanese or Western style). Easy walking distance to the train station for the Chikuhi line (Chikuzen-Maebaru Station) into Fukuoka. There is a good supermarket behind Chikuzen-Maebaru Station.

Lovely place, but a little hard to get to if you arrive past 10PM. Had to take a cab, and not close to much of interest. Staff were lovely, but after I asked for a way to travel without my luggage, in the end they accidentally recommended a station without lockers, so due to that I gave up and brought my luggage to the beach with me. Rooms were super clean and very elegant. Breakfast was also wonderful with excellent tarako and other local specialties. The hotel bath was chic and had a great view of the distant mountain.

The hotel is a villa, clean and bright, the environment is first-class, it is the seaside, the house can see the sea view, there are many burning cottages nearby, and the self-driving tour is first-class. The only thing to note is that you have to take the initiative to call the hotel on the day of check-in to get the door key password. I asked the staff of the downtown hotel for help and I am very grateful to her.

The residents nearby were very enthusiastic. I almost went the wrong way. An aunt pointed to the road in the alley for me and showed me when I walked over. Overall good, just in the rain, the whole experience is a bit discolored. The curtain is separated from the toilet. You have to go out first to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Fortunately, it is only five to six steps away and it will not feel too cold.
