The location is good as it's in front of the station, and there are restaurants nearby where you can eat in the evening, which is convenient.
There was a foreigner at the front desk (probably Chinese), but there were no problems.
The breakfast buffet was on par with that of a typical business hotel, and was neither particularly good nor bad.
Recently, more and more business hotels have large public baths, but this one does not have one.

The first attraction is that it is spacious. There is plenty of space in the room. I don't know if all rooms are like this, but the bed is large, there is a sofa, and there are two small side tables, which are easy to use. Also, I don't know if they always offer a welcome drink service, and when I went there, they also served curry.
