The photos and the description convinced us right away. Lounge music, cool drinks and nice sun loungers - who doesn't want that??? However, we had a strange gut feeling from the first minute after our arrival. The pool and sunbeds were empty. Not a soul sat at the bar. The front desk didn't have a computer or anything else that you would expect from a hotel reception. At first glance, however, the boss seemed to be quite nice and gave us a friendly welcome. When she brought us to our room, the first thing I saw was the floor, which was very dirty (crumbs, hair, etc. could be seen). Even at second glance, the hygienic condition of the room hasn't improved. The sofa had a burn mark despite being a non-smoking hotel. The bedspread on the bed was full of crumbs and dust. The two hanging lamps by the bed were so dusty it was like they had never been cleaned before. The open, very cheap-looking wardrobe was accordingly very dusty. As if that wasn't enough, the real shock hit me when I entered the bathroom. The door frame was barely used. There were inexplicable large stains on the wall. The toothbrush cups showed traces of our predecessors (which is very questionable in times of Corona!!!) There was hair throughout the shower, also from our predecessors. And the very worst thing I have ever experienced in a hotel was the toilet covered in pee from head to toe! There were yellow traces of urine everywhere. Luckily I had a disinfectant spray with me so I could disinfect and clean the toilet with it. Where did I end up here that I have to clean the toilet myself in a boutique hotel on MY vacation??! Now to the outdoor area: it looks nice at first glance, but when you take a closer look, you notice that the parasols and sun loungers are in a dilapidated state. The food at the bar was NOT good either, as described in other reviews. Since it was then already too late to look for a new hotel, we decided to spend the first night on Rhodes in this hotel and to look for a new hotel the next day. As it turned out, that wasn't a wise decision either. At 10:30 p.m. there were two power cuts in a row - super creepy!!! At 3:48 a.m. we were woken up by loud noises in the corridor and could not fall asleep as the noises lasted for about half an hour. When we wanted to check out at 9am, none of the people in charge could be found. The bartender then tried to clarify the situation with us. He also offered us a room change, which we declined. I could only talk to the boss on the phone, she didn't seem to think it was necessary to be there in person. On the phone she had a provoked tone, could not understand our point of view (kom
