Está muy limpio, muy cerca del parque Acuático y la atención es muy buena, el desayuno bueno, le hace falta un ventilador o aire acondicionado, en general bueno y cercano al parque y al centro

This hotel is in a perfect location to explore Ixtapan de la Sal by foot. It is very close walking distance to the water park, restaurants, town center and market. They have 2 pools. My daughter is a year old so we spent out time in the toddler pool. We went during Holy Week in March 2024 and the town was full of life. We enjoyed the walk down the hill to the town center where they have an active market providing a true Mexican experience. We chose to the breakfast and dinner package. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. The hotel is older and the rooms are simple compared to modern standards, but it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely return to this hotel when we are in the area.

Cuidado con la masajista Dora Vazquez que vende a base de mentiras. Pinta todo muy bonito que es avalada por la SECTUR cuando es mentira. Es independiente y el hotel la protege. Acepta pago solo en efectivo y al requerir recibo se pago da largas y nunca lo entrega. El facial fue mediocre ya que su équipo estaba dañado y prometió devolución que nunca llegó. Es una tranza la señora. Contacte a la SECTUR de Ixtapan quien apoyo con el seguimiento y confirmo su mentira y fue solo por eso que se completo mi devolución parcial por un servicio no brindado. El hotel en numerosas ocasiones negó el apoyo y seguimiento por lo que demuestra complicidad y mala atención al cliente. No recomiendo a la Sra Dora Vazquez en lo más mínimo.

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal, muy atentos y amables En cuanto al inmueble tiene muchos detalles, le falta mantenimiento en la infraestructura, en la habitacion 12b la puertita de la ducha no cerraba bien, habia que recargarse para que se quedara cerrada, la regadera tiene mucho sarro por lo que el agua salía como cascada hacia al frente, había una cuarteadura en la pared, en las áreas comunes hay mucha hoja seca principalmente en el golfito y muchas telarañas bajo las mesas de ping pong y polvo sobre ellas, los aulejos del chapoteadero cortan los pies, el internet no es nada bueno, no llega a todas las áreas del hotel. El desayuno es rico y buenas porciones.

Es un lugar limpio, fresco, muy bien ubicado, con el Sol y la tranquilidad qué buscas si vas solo, acompañado o en familia. Llama directo para mejorar el precio y suma el desayuno, ¡mas que suficiente! No te desesperes por el Internet, no es lo más importante. Entra a la alberca como todo un campeón, juega golfito o trata los masajes... Volveré
