Very clean hotel and very good breakfast
But very poor reception staff they can’t speak English and very slow in their response

One of the best hotels I stayed in in ages. While it’s a four star hotel on paper, it’s really a five star plus hotel in terms of service and attention to detail. Everything you need for an excellent stay is graciously provided. Everyting looks and feels brand new. There is a flat plan android TV in your room. A small but very efficient fitness room with pretty much every equipment you may need downstairs. Staff is very attentive and professional. You can easily access IZBAN (Izmir rail) and Izmir’s largest mall Optimum via a short 10 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. I had the best sleep I ever had in Izmir :-)... The only negative thing is that we learned that glass bottled water is paid, plastic bottled water is free, at the check-out... I wish they had told us when checking in, we would have acted accordingly... Other than that, it's a number 10 hotel... Thank you mia...

This was our 4th stay at the Hotel for 1 month duration this time & came by car from the U.K. it was as always a consistent level of 5 * service with good secure parking. The staff in all areas are always polite & welcoming with special thanks to Mrs Mehbare who always ensures our stay is comfortable & nothing we require is too much trouble. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping staff especially ( Mrs Songul ) who kept our room spotless and the Hotel which was always very clean. The breakfast was always plentiful with a good selection & pleasant staff. Thank you Mia & hope to see you soon.

On the Tour of Turkey they let us stay in this wonderful hotel. The room was wonderful, very nice. Cleanliness was good. The restaurant with table service was very well done and looked after. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive etc..

Hotel included in an organized tour which turned out to be the cleanest, most hygienic and with the best food! It was a breath of fresh air after a hotel with even one more star but without comparison in terms of basic hygiene. I don't give 5 stars because unfortunately I had the room on the main road and the soundproofing wasn't great as you could hear the cars, but for one night it was still super! Izmir center can be reached in half an hour.

Comfortable room and well-stocked mini bar (usually this is not the case in Türkiye). The bed in the room was very comfortable. Dinner is served at the tables and not as a buffet (not the best in terms of dishes). The difference is made by the breakfast which is a buffet and is well stocked. They say there is a swimming pool and a spa, but they didn't want to open the spa to us and our group and you can't see a shadow of the swimming pool.

The mia city hotel was definitely one of the best hotels of the trip. I particularly appreciated the comfort of the beds which allow for excellent rest, as well as the particularity of the minibar inserted into the wall rather than a simple fridge. This is one of the few hotels that include a bottle of water with meals. Dinner is served at the tables rather than a buffet.
