The hotel service and facilities are not satisfactory. The open-air bath in the public area is under maintenance and cannot be used. The indoor public bath has only three flushing positions, which is very small and requires queuing, and the drainage is blocked. There are no toiletries provided indoors, and you need to go to the front desk to ask for them. After 6 pm, there are no service staff but only the uncle on duty, which is very inconvenient.
