It's very, very clean, and for guests with mysophobia, it's not like leaving the hotel. A very atmospheric hotel with a comfortable environment. The lobby is very cozy and warm, you can sit there all afternoon.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area overlooking the law school. The room was clean and comfortable and even our cats immediately made themselves at home!

This is a lovely place to stay in Charlottesville. The rooms and lobby are fantastic. We enjoyed the arboretum behind the hotel. The staff is helpful and I love the ability to text requests. The food was a bit disappointing this time compared to previous stays. Nobody staffing the espresso machine and no other options close by. Breakfast was pricey and mediocre.
