The service is incredible at this wonderful resort. The rooms are very spacious, the concierge is incredibly helpful.

It’s a sad hotel that happens to be in a primary location. The rooms are tiny and at over $800 a night I would think they’d provide some level of service including turnover or daily cleaning. None of that was provided. The room was loud as it was adjacent to the common areas and uncomfortably small. The front desk staff is inexperienced and really not attentive if you have any questions. I’m so surprised such a longstanding hotel would deteriorate like this.

We enjoyed our stay and overall had a great experience. The concierge in advance of our arrival booked some tours for us and acted as a guide to help us plan our trip. We ended up valet parking all week bc we opted for a Turo rental car - they were consistent getting us the car when we called but not always there when we were ready to park but front desk was there. The room was clean but I do wish the cleaning crew refilled things every day (Coffee, tea, etc) and wiped down the kitchen and table each time. Overall a great experience and we would come back. Beautiful location

For this price, they need to focus more on the details inside the room. Coffee area was not well stocked and never replenished/cleaned. Only 2 mugs in room. Only had 2 bath towels and had to call for more when room was not cleaned by 3pm the following day. Because the shower has only a partial glass partition, water leaked onto floor, needing more towels and mats.

Pluses: location Minuses: very small room, 1 elevator for ＞100 rooms, expensive, charged for porterage even though we carried our own luggage, charged for housekeeping even on days we did not have housekeeping, sewer gas odor in the bathroom

Our vacation was great in every aspect. The arrival went smooth with the help of Zack H to get us settled in the room. All other staff was fantastic. The restaurant has a lot to offer and the amenities are top notch. We'll definitely be returning.
