Exceptional stay at hotel laxmi palace. Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Hotel building is too old. Building is in bad condition and gloomy. I have taken a ac room. When i asked for ac remote they said it to be centralized ac, they will on it on request. Geyser is also same condition. We have to let the water flow for 15min then you get luke warm water.

Management was good but maintenance is not good. Very old walls, leaking, cob webs, rust, bedsheets are not clean.

Room were not as shown, bedsheets were smelling like hell, cockroaches mosquito were all over the room. Toilet flush wasn't working and hot water. If you ask reception to fix they will take ages to do and still you will not be satisfied.

The ambience and amenities are wonderful. Bathroom and the rooms are also clean. Only thing that it lacked was the proper lighting on certain places like mirrors or bathrooms. While dressing up the room was bit dimly lit hence causing issues.
