Hotel Eldorado

Overall ok but not so good, there is no any facility for drinking water, no wifi and staff behaviour is different people say different things. Its not look like professional talking way

Still under construction with no kitchen / restaurant available for breakfast and food. Location is good but without hotel restaurant facilities it is difficult.

Facilities are not good. Basic needs things are not available in room. Staff members are not professional

Worst experience ever had. Please don't book with advance payment as at the time of check in they make you wait for hours to provide rooms and we have complimentary breakfast but have to wait till 10 am just to get a cup of tea and small portion of poha in breakfast. Water flowing from ac and we have to put bucket under ac for water. Dust is everywhere in room except your bed. No towels provided in room.

Rooms should have basic amenities like a mineral water bottle and a chair to sit. Also should create a place for people who are smoking as the hallway smells of cigarette smoke.

It's good but not properly improvement you staff service and do a food facilities and good not perfect

I had to ask them to change the entire bedsheet since there were strands of hair and drops of blood on the sheets. The washroom had water near the sink, the bath mat was soaking wet. No bottles of water in the room. The circuit kept tripping, resulting in a power cut within the room at least 5 times during my 2nights stay. Despite asking for a room key on multiple occasions, i never received it. So whenever i stepped out of the hotel, on returning, i had to wait at the reception for 10-15mins for someone to open my room. Don't visit the hotel at all!

Pathetic hotel, charged me for breakfast but hotel didn't provided, no hot water to take bath no dustbin, no cleaning. hotel was filled with the smoke smell and many more uncountable issues...overall the worst experience 😭

This hotel was very nice and the staff was also good as well as the parking was also in the basement under the hotel and the place was proper the lift was also clean the coffee there is very tasty my journey here in jaipur was very nice that's why i decided to visit this hotel accident-ed the hotel for 1 more day, the bathroom was also clean and the mattress of the bed was also very clean.
