The hotel's ambiance is similar to that of an premium hotel, however the service is quite poor; even the dhaba outperformed the restaurant. The staff's demeanour is positive and encouraging, however they lack management, which is quite terrible at the restaurant. The room atmosphere is fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs to be upgraded. The ac indoor unit was constantly leaking water in the room when it was turned on, but the weather was cold, so we didn't need it overnight. Overall, it's an average hotel.

L’Hotel si presenta esternamente molto ben tenuto, ottima l’accoglienza del personale esterno. Camere spaziose e con tutti i tipi di comfort. Pulito , comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti turistici migliori di Jaipur. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

I liked the stay and well located. The food is good. In non veg breakfast the choice is limited. The rooms are spacious. The room service is good. The pool size is small and shallow. The gym was smaller than i expected. But overall it's a wonderful experience.

When i entered the property it was good. But the stay experience was pathetic, when i checked in the fan was not working so they started to repair after my family checked in. I was traveling with my mother she is a senior citizen. They replaced the fan. The next morning the toilet flush was not working. For god's sake they needed a new receptionist, she was telling the amount for extra bedding 1500 but the other guy was saying 1400. At last when i was checking out i asked for the bill and they have taken 40 mins for the bill since she was telling me that i have given 1400 so it is difficult to generate the bill. Then i paid 100 rupees again. Please always book reputed hotels

It was a decent stay. The rooms were very small and there was barely any space to stand. The breakfast buffet was nice. One good thing was that the resturant had both the a-la-carte menu and buffet option for dinner. The staff was welcoming and soft-spoken.

All staff and management are good. Timely responsed every call and maintain room cleaning. Food quality is good. Breakfast timely served in restaurant . Room service is very good. Whenever I will come in jaipur this hotel is my first choice. Very comfortable stayed with family everything 100% satisfied. I gives special thanks to FO team (mr. Mohan saini fom & ms. Sneha foa ) and f&b team (mr.manoj kholi + dheer singh). Most important thing's it's also me late check out at 01:00 pm Very very thank you all team 😂for happiest & comfortable stay🙏
