I arrived at 2am o'clock at midnight, and I was so tired plush hungry,sleepy after that i went to the room for sleep but it was soo horrible,dirty linen they place in bed, duvet cover was full of stained bed sheet also oil or bed are full of hair. So i ask that boy who drop me the room for chenge the linen he laundry was close . Again I ask for next room he hotel is full .! know tell me what I suppose to do at midnight?? Also I'm travel alone single girl. I don't have to justify you anything just to say don't do this thing with some other enocent people 🙏🙏 at the end I'll never book

1)first of all staff was very rude
2) there were cockroaches in the room
3) when we order food from their given menu they don't have that food and after checkout they don't even give us receipt of the food.

This is best place near bus stand, i reached early in morning and my checking time was 12 pm but hotel staff was very nice and cooperating he allowed to check so early. This is best hotel to stay and very peaceful place.

Service was bad, tv was not working, geyser was not there. The service was late and only one pillow was provided to me there was no soap towel in the bathroom. Room was good but the maintenance was bad.

This is the worst stay that i have ever had. The hotel manager make us wait about two hours to allot the room despite earlier booking. The manager himself is not aware of booking. Even the rooms did not match what they show. The other staff is also inexperience/rude.

When i checked inn, the bedsheet was dirty, wash basin was blocked, hairs were lying on the floor and tv was key locked. Even after staying for two days there only because of advance payment which i made to the hotel, the tv didn't work, wash basin remained blocked and no room service. It was a horrible and pathetic experience for me and my family. Zero star. Don't book this hotel.
