Which facilitates shown, when i booked, was not available. As fridge faulty, tv not connected, no chair available, drinking water provided was not cold etc.

Hotel staff did not provide doormat even i requested many times. No cleaning ness, very dirty rooms and staff was not listening for that. I stayed in royal delux but it was looking like a normal room and not as the pictures shown during booking time. Very very bad experience.

Neelam paradise is the worst hotel i have ever seen. The room with lots of dust, unclean room, bathroom was horrible. Service was pathetic
please don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this hotel for 3 days but i stayed only for 1 day. Total loss.

staff was polite and helpful. Parking available. Negative:
room and bed was not cleaned. Layer of mud and dirt on wardrop and bed.
