When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

Smooth late check-in. The first room on the 5th floor corner han thundering AC sounds, so switched to rooms on floor 1, up the staircase only. The room was well designed but the linen was dirty with hair and soiled marks. The safe wasn't working. Both were taken care of in an 1hr. Tips were given, but housekeeping was a perennial problem, weather be towels or water. I guess the heyday of this hotel is passed. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. All staff tried hard to please. 3.Stars for the Staff.

Excellent service with clean & wonderful rooms . Grate Brackfast & Dinner. Close to the Highway which makesTransportation easy and fast. Amazing Hotel for business, family and friends purpose. Must visit and take the experience of a calm life in this rush life of Jaipur.

Very nice and good service at The Theme Hotel Jain. Location is fine. Located on main tonk roqd. Food is delicious. I have visited for official purposes this hote. Overall good for business and leisure purposes. I would like to recommend all.

This was my first ever visit to Jaipur and the theme hotel made my stay in jaipur abosutley pleasurable. The location, hotel room,180 degree dinning were top notch and one the best in there kind.The hotel staff hospitality was abosutley wonderful and extremely helpful they are.They have fixed booking for next time for sue.....

Excellent stay at the theme hotel. Services and staff is Excellent. Special remarks to Mr. Rahul Singh, Mr. Ghanshyam & Mr. Omprakash ji are very professional and gem of this hotel.. Will visit soon...must stay for those who are visiting Jaipur...very close to airport...

They accommodated our early check in request as well as a bit late check out request. Check in to check out was very smooth and quick. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but ok for a days trip. Overall a nice stay and was close to airport, bang on main road.
