I stayed with my family and found that bedsheets were dirty, also in the bathroom there were no soap and handwash provided.

Room me baht se cockroach the jiske bare me administration se kaha tb bi kuch ni kiya. Dusting ke lye bola to kahte hai ki morning 10-4 baje tk hot i but ya-ha pr hm vacation pr aye h to morning me nikalne ke bad late night ho hi jato h

Need improvement in cleaning, hospitality however food is excellent also there was no geyser available, doors are tight.

No facility, no room service given to me, i stayed 4 days they didn’t even change towel, no water available they took money for water

The hotel has great food and service. Its location is excellent, just a short walk to the metro. It's very convenient for getting around.

Hotel is good but no soap and shampoo and water bottles served by hotel staff. Also hotel staff are not so cooperative about that. Specifically water bottle are basic need.
