We visited Jaipur and stayed with family for two days in this hotel.the hotel is good and also located near by station and other tourist sights.the breakfast was too good ,specially paneer chilla made by chef Lucky.lucky’s and other staff behaviour is good and they was taking care of everything very well

Everything is very good. I loved the services and all. The employee mamuni is also good, the infrastructure pf the hotels is also great. Room services and all the staff are amazing too, the indian and Chinese food is also awesome, I totally like all the services

Excellent Stay. Visited with family. Staff was polite and courteous. Room service and breakfast was good. Room was airy and spacious.Room amenities were good. Hotel located near to main market. All major tourist spot are nearby. Hotel near to transit hub i.e Jaipur railway station.

The staff were polite and the cab service was good. Everything else was disappointing. Terrible, terrible experience at this hotel with respect to the food and in-room services. On the first night, we ordered dessert from the hotel which took 30 minutes, 2 calls and a trip to the reception for us to finally receive it. They removed it from the bill on our insistence of just cancelling the orders. The buffet breakfast was very mediocre with only the dosa counter and fruits being any good. Browned mashed potatoes were labeled as hash browns and the pav did not have a good gravy. On the second day, we had to leave early, and they gave us a packed breakfast. This had one tiny slice of sandwich in a huge sandwich package to trick their customers. It's only fit for kids. Opting for the train breakfast would have been a better prospect. The only reason we even had the packed breakfast was because they refused to cancel the prepaid breakfast charges. The room did not have proper kettles; some did not stop automatically or some had stuff inside it. The rooms themselves were spacious enough. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back to this hotel.

Overall the experience of staying at the hotel was really good. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities were well maintained. The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, with many dishes like the suji upma, puri sabzee, the tea, the cupcakes, etc being quite tasty. One feedback would be to make attempts to ensure the food items such as the kachori and coconut chutney, are prepared from fresh products every day.

The hotel overall is very comfortable and well maintained, especially the rooms and bathrooms. The service staff are excellent and really friendly too. They organized cars for us everyday to tour around Jaipur and were very approachable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in the city, just 2-3 km away from most of the tourist attractions in the city!
