not provided the exact room as booked. this is not acceptable 😞 I have booked executive suite... but the suite given to me was useless and worst. food quality also not a good, item provided in the breakfast also not as per the expectation.

Your manager mr sankhla is very rude and arrogant he is good for nothing even he do not respect the person who visit this hotel. I'm tourist guide government certified and he treated me very badly he didn't allowed me in lobby to wait for my guest in which I got booked for the services and he said get out and I waited outside the gate of the hotel in sun. If didn't respect the local person here how he can take care of this hotel who served foreign visitors. Not happy with environment of this hotel. He should be get terminated. I have also seen the further reviews not good which indicates the failure of management who hired the arrogant manager like him.

All good, om tower prime and vintage property for stay near roadways, bus stand, jaipur. The revolving restaurant is unique.

Extremely bad, super pathetic experience. Highly not recommended, stay at your own risk. Right from time i checked in at the reception with pure booking i was greeting with super cold looks by the receptionist. When i entered the room there was seepage smell and the bathroom door was stuck. I decided to try the om tower rotating restaurant with my family. We ordered pane-er lababdar and tandoor roti, the pane-er was sweet in taste and roti super hard. Morning buffet was extremely bad too. Idle was stale and hard. Coconut chutney didn’t have salt. Suji up-ma was totally tasteless. I had visited this hotel before covid it was a good place but now i would never visit it again.

In the midnight one person rang the bell. And maximum person are staying here for drinking purpose. Room is ok but ambience is not that much good

We had taken 2 rooms no 301 and 302. It’s worst place , can’t be called a hotel. Bath tubs are dirty , flush not properly working ; water supply stopped early morning and they didn’t responded the calls. Had to go down and tell them to switch on water pump . Food service very very slow and only oily food no taste. Reception staff very rude . Just a night mare .not worth even a free stay.

Back then it was one of the budget but definitely a good hotel in Jaipur. Good service and well maintained rooms. Spacious rooms and an extra bed didn't kill the space. Resolving restaurant offered good view and food. Hope the service is still as good as it used to be.
