The rooftop restaurant was popular. The pizza was delicious. It's close to the train station, so it's within walking distance.

We booked two rooms, but when we went to check in, the hotel manager told us they couldn’t provide us with both rooms and asked us to adjust in a single room. We refused, and they suggested we take a refund. When i started to complain on makemytrip, they said to take one room for now, and we would get the second room at 11 pm, which we actually received at 11:30 pm. We had already made the payment and had a confirmed booking, yet we faced so much hassle.

Firstly, i faced significant issues with connectivity during my stay. The wi-fi service was either unavailable or extremely slow, making it difficult to stay connected and manage essential tasks. In today's world, reliable internet connectivity is crucial, and this was a significant inconvenience for me. Secondly, i was disappointed with the responsiveness of the staff. On multiple occasions, when i requested assistance or had queries, the response was either delayed or not adequately addressed. This lack of attentiveness left me feeling frustrated and not valued as a guest. Finally, considering the issues mentioned above, i feel that the price i paid for my stay did not match the level of service and comfort provided. I understand that pricing can vary, but the overall experience did not justify the cost. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. I look forward to seeing positive changes if i decide to stay at your hotel again in the future.

Everything is very good, the price is super economical with everything it offers. The service is very good and all the hotel workers are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect and there were a lot of taxis that drove us to any place to visit.

Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, la cama cómoda, el baño con agua caliente. El personal muy servicial, nos consiguieron tickets de bus a buen precio. El restaurante aunque no es tan barato, vale la pena esta en una azotea con música y la comida está muy buena. Cenamos 2 noches porque estábamos cansados ya que viajamos con un niño pequeño y todo muy rico
