Room and food quality poor, don't go with the photos, not worth of money, cab access is also difficult

If you are coming with a car and driver, then this is the place that can take cards of your driver well. Nice palace visuals for the grand marriage ceremony. A cool place with nice food and services.

My experience at this hotel was not good at all. The staff was not at all well trained. Even after numerous complaints on basic facilities like AC, they didn't pay any attention. The rooms were not well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also not good. I would not recommend staying here for a leisure time.

It was a great pleasure to visit florence resort. The service was excellent and the food was fine but the room's was a bit small, it should also have more tables and chairs. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Nice space nice garden but average services. Staff is very polite and good but they have nothing to serve.

It's right on delhi jaipur ajmer highway with-hardly 2 mins detour. Downside is u will hear traffic noise always (not too much but it's there. The room size are enough for couple with kids but bed are not king size. Bath rooms are clean and spacious. Garden area is-also nice as is a top floor 2 swimming pools ( good for playing n not for actual swimmers. ) u have many restaurants iqnd cafe in 1-2 km area.

Good hotel but no detail to contact reception in front of landline and i had problem of fever and cough, they had no medicine. So request these medicines please. The hotel is the best and the staff manner is superb. The restaurant is especially superb.
