Recently around 1 week before i visited this property. The hotel was near 200 feet bypass highway. Neat & clean floors. Proper hygienic place. The girl at the receptionist is also so polite & quick responding. The best part is due to the late night office meetings i went back so late around 1- am, their kitchen was close & i hadn't ordered food, so i requested them & they provide us milk, & breads in the midnight also. Thanks to the one who is on duty during the night hours. Safety - 5*, food -4*, hygiene- 5*, good transport facility near hotel, my overall experience was good. (couple friendly & family friendly hotel)

””Beautiful stay! Hotel Apple Inn is a perfect place to stay in Jaipur. It is close to the center and Ajmer Road. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Apple Inn again. The price performance ratio is very good.” ”

The property's location is good. It is newly built, the rooms are good and spacious. However, the are still some issues to be resolved. The hotel denied to provide ro/drinking water. They were adamant on packaged mineral water only which was chargeable. Another issue was with the hotel staff, which requires adequate training on how to handle guests. While serving breakfast (which was included with the stay) the hotel staff was thinking that we are having it for free and their behavior was rude.

Prime location of property, cooperative staff. The food is better than most nearby restaurants. Freedom for bachelors (i would not recommend this hotel for anyone below 18 yrs. Parking space with ev charging port.

The staff at the reception as well as at the restaurant were very well behaved and polite. They upgraded the room at no extra cost and the staff at the restaurant got us the food prepared according to our taste when we didn't like a particular dish.

Excellent hospitality given by cygnett entire te and family we had a pleasant and beautiful stay with your hotel we never seen such kind of beautiful hospitality in my life everybody is smiling it's feel like wow Standard is also well maintained. services and restaurant part is also nice .we decided to comeback next time in this property
