Average stay@ chirag haveli. Could have been better

The room that was allotted was not the best one in that building. It was dusty, and the room was not well kept. Everything was wrong with it. Puffing dust from the bed to cobwebs. Not a great stay. I personally spoke to chirag and he did acknowledge that renovations are going on and it will be different to what it is now. Coming to the best part. Right from chirag to the hotel manager to the guys serving on the restaurant are really polite & humble. That was a big plus to me. The restaurant serves some mouth-watering dishes and they are drool-worthy. The quality & the quantity is a commendable. However another big turn off is the price for the food. Too o exensive and they should do something a about that. If you really want to see people happy then you gotta reduce the price too. Nevertheless these things were informed to chirag and he did agree that it's slightly on the higher side. But then his bargain is on the quality and since they don't compromise on the quality, the price is high. I'm sure he can still work around that. Besides chirag will help you in every possible way. I had requested for a cab for airport transfer and he ensured i get one at the said time. My check out time was at 10 am and i requested if i could spend couple of more hours to check out. He was more than happy to oblige. I had checked with others on the cab price and the least that i got was for 800. Chirag got it done for 600. Overall though the room stay wasn't great, rest all went extremely well.

Hi all, i visited jaisalmer at 19 nova 2021 and stayed in this hotel. We were three friends and booked a normal room but on reaching hotel they provided us a delux room with any extra charge for more space. It was a clean hotel and room was ok for three person after having a third bed on floor. Size of room and bathroom was ok. They provided water bottle and kettle. At the terrace they have a restro from where u can see the wall of fort easily. The bus stand, fort and govind sagar lake is at walking distance. The person at reception was nice and taken our feedback while checking out. We booked it in just 1200 rs so as per price the stay was at prime location but not much space for personal vehicle at road.

Our stay at chirag haveli was for 3 nights. Hotel owner was really very humble and staffs knows hospitality. Safety and security at top priority is maintained here. The manager is always available for any queries, and also assisit in any travel information. The manager had arranged pick up facility for us from starion. Room are spacious, well maintained and washroom was too big. Loved it. It is situated just beside the wall of fort, 3 min walk from the golden fort main gate, the night view of the fort from the hotel rooftop restaurant is amazing.
