Service impeccable. Ils sont venus me chercher à l'arrivée du train de nuit et m'ont permis de garder la chambre après mon retour de deux jours dans le désert pour une petite sieste se rafraîchir. Chambre très correcte et très propre Terrasse agréable avec vue sur la citadelle. Merci encore !

Meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait en inde depuis mon arrivée (il y a 3 mois). Les chambre sont grandes, spacieuses, les salles de bains propres, les draps clean, et la vue sur le fort prenante. Le personnel a été d’une générosité et d’une gentillesse extrêmes, nous aidant dans tous types de situation. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% !!!

Very good place, staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, nice rooms, good location, definitely recommend a stay here, not all the plugs worked, but the camel safari theybrun is also good. They also serve food om the roof which can be helpful to have there

We were especially disappointed with this hotel because we booked it at highly inflated rates given our stay was during the last week of december which is peak season for jaisalmer. The rooms are definitely not worth that inflated price. One room has only lukewarm water. The other room didn't have any at all. To the credit of the service staff, they did give us buckets of hot water when requested. However, we will recommend to avoid this hotel during peak season.

Petit hôtel familial très accueillant. Situation proche du fort . Roof top avec un cuisinier au petit soin. De plus, nous avons fait une petite excursion d’une demi journée dans le désert avec repas à la nuit tombée. Nous étions que 3 avec le frère du patron. Nous avons passé un vrai bon moment authentique pour un prix qui nous a paru très raisonnable. Bref une ambiance familiale qui ravira ceux qui ont envie d’authenticité.

Hello , Friends , This is a (the Renuka Hotel) Nice hotel As Like bed and breakfast like a second home.I have Stayed there two Times once recently.Neat and clean room, Bathroom (the hot water available only morning After 8 Am., But the owner is a nice person On my Request Has provided Hot water Early morning.they have a rooftop Terrace Restaurant too,From where you can see the beautiful view of Fort.Nice services, Very Reasonable Tariff. nice and comfortable stay ,On request they organise The desert Camp with Live food And Night stat in desert.
