Blown away! What a resort, and amazing service, they make you feel special. Special shoutout to the Murtaza (Gm I Think), what a gentleman. With him leading the team, obviously they need to be amazing. Also there is a guy who use to be in Security - now a part of Front office, Great fellow - (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - 2 Suggestions - 1. At the entry there are musicians who welcome you, behind that there is a small garden, you guys really need to put chairs, for them to sit on when there is no one - or make one with a stone slab to stick with the resort style. They have nowhere to sit - what a shame. 2. Food quantity really really really needs to be looked into, its very very small portions, so that is another disaster, Id like the management to look into.. Apart from this its amazing - we will visit again in Dec or Jan!

No better place to stay in Jaiselmer than this beautiful boutique hotel. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. The rooms are spacious immaculately clean and with the heavy wooden beautifully carved doors it feels very special. Up on the roof terrace you have a magnificent view of the fort and you can relax with a beer or a lassi whatever you want. Ghumon will look after you and cook you what you want when you want. It’s just a really friendly place. They will also arrange a night in the desert should you wish or even just dinner and then bring you back. Everything is very reasonably priced. They have a excellent laundry service too. I can’t say enough good things about this great hotel! Although it’s not in the fort it is just a short walk to the gate and really it’s so nice to see the fort lit up at night !

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and full of ventilation. Cleanliness is also upto the mark however there is scope of improvement in the toilets. We did not taste its food so can't comment but overall it was good experience. Location wise it is far from main city so prices should be more reasonable.

It has very clean, hygienic and spacious rooms, salivating food that they offer from their rooftop restaurant. Most city tour points are close by which I have already mentioned. This hotel is great. The rooms [I cannot recall the category we booked] were massive with wonderful warm showers. The service from the staff is outstanding. The owner is on site and is a good ***. They also have a lovely beagle called Simba; he’s very gentle. The buffet breakfast is fresh and more than enough. We found the lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant really good. The food was tasty and best of all, they catered to my daughter’s gf needs without any problem. All waiting and kitchen staff understand the gf diet and food is prepared safely. Their whole operation is very impressive. The view of the fort is magnificent from the roof top. The location of the hotel to the fort gate is very close. You can walk in about 2-5 minutes [5 minutes if you’re slow]. I cannot say anything negative about our stay. The furnishings in this hotel are so warm and showcase rajasthan’s furniture style.

I went with my family during New Year 2022. Hotel serves best hospitality with friendly staff, well appointed hygienic rooms and mouth watering food. We had a great time. Hotel Manager, Mahavir Singh Ji is very humble and takes care of all your needs. Do not miss to taste Lal Maas, Gatte ki sabji and Poha served in their restaurant. Jaisalmer Fort is just at a walking distance from the hotel or may be 5 mins drive.
