Bed is not the same with the reservation, then air conditioner is not really good. But the location near the food culinary.

According to the picture and description, it is very comfortable to live here. The staff is friendly, the room is clean with a terrace, the bathroom bathtub is also good, especially according to the picture. I will subscribe here again, cheap but complete quality is really good 😍😍😍 There are also many food selling around.

Been here with friends and colleagues. Located at very near by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and surrounded by some popular foods tenants and minimarket. Spacious room and furniture has been refurbished but still using the old chair so it doesn’t match. Limited variety of foods at breakfast, the taste and quality also so so. Need some improvement at public areas since this is old hotel and needs maintenance and more attention to details. Another thing was dark parking area at night and very limited security guart at the area . Thank you Santika Taman Mini.. Will comeback to this hotel oneday!

The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.

I have been coming here since 2016 and Im writing from the room right now. The staff has gone above and beyond any other hotel here to make my stay comfortable AND doing so without charging additional fees. Did i mention affordable....Sure i've read some of the other reviews and sure its not a perfect place for some but if you are like me and like a quiet place (except for the Mosques chanting but thats everywhere) and low key base of operations, then this is the place for you! Ill be back here....

The initial stay left much to be desired, with glitches here and there. Given the newness of the establishment, I had expected a seamless experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However, the silver lining emerged during my second stay, transforming my perception. The staff at Citadines Gatot Subroto proved to be the game-changer. During my second visit, their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. This positive shift significantly contributed to the improvement in my overall experience. A delightful surprise awaited me as my room was upgraded to the next category, providing a more spacious environment. The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. As this newly-opened hotel continues to refine its operations, I anticipate even greater things in the future.
