The hotel is conveniently located and the room was great. It had good wifi, a comfortable bed, and a nice workspace. The breakfast was also good. I was a bit worried that I may be given a smoking room, but they sorted me when checking in.

Very satisfied, I will continue to stay in the hotel next time. There is a church outside the window, sometimes it is very noisy at night and in the morning. The sound insulation is not very good. Full marks

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. kinda old school type hotel, good maintenance, but not at all sectors, few cracks on pool floor, old hair dryer in bathroom not functioning, fridge of course is not functioning as well, parking lot kinda dark and quite like in old factory, toiletries and amenities is quite well equipped, bathtub available in each room

Aircon not cool enough .make me hard to sleep . Water pressure is big and nice . But not easy to access to hotel . u must enter the mall 1st floor and take the lift to lv8 to hotel lobby after that take another lift to the room at lv10 .nice view when u hv your breakfast . Although i stay at high floor but my room dont hv a good view only can see other people room windows .

I have stayed in this hotel for approximately 5 times or more, my rate would be 8.5/10 considering the price, location, facilities and staff hospitality. This was the first time I got a room with a connnecting door. I didn’t like it when I found out that the door was not locked, though it couldn’t be opened from another room. The room was spotless most of the time. Then I was a bit disappointed when I found a small insect on the carpet.

Perfect location for city lovers as it is very close to public transportation/LRT-Busway. Walking distance to plaza festival, setiabudi mall, Epicentrum (on renovation at the time). The place it self used to be Citadines and now changed into habitare, was here on 2019 and nothing changed except the name and deteriorating facilities. Aside from the friendly front desk, no upgrade at all, the room is just as before, we stayed at a one bedroom, spacious, lots of storage, the bathroom was quite dirty, the sofa and bedding and the towels were worn out, don't start with the pool, there is no towel, no guard, and the jacuzzi located along with the toilet looking just as tired as all around it, the toilet have no soap. I skipped breakfast so I don't know how the food was. Last, they only have 2 elevators, so there was long queue and crowded most of the time our suggestion; Just upgrade everything before it's too late.

This harper hotel is good and also nice but the parking area is too far from lobby
