This is one of my favorite places to stay. I love the gardens and architecture and breakfast is delicious. The people who work there are friendly and attentive.

From the street entrance, you have no idea of the lush greenery, flower pots, azulejos, and decorative tables and chairs that make the Posada so pretty. The rooms are plain, but the bathroom in my room was new. In Dec., Xalapa was cold and rainy; the Posada provides room heaters on request. The Posada is located on a long, very steep street, about 3 blocks away from the main restaurants, public transportation, etc.

El hotel es muy bonito, su jardín es genial. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño adecuado.
Mi reservación fue sin desayuno pero si cuentan con servicio de desayuno todos los días.
El personal fue amable, incluso un día en la noche encargué unos cosas de la tienda y ellos me lo trajeron.
La habitación en la que estuve tenía un poco de humedad, pero es normal por el clima de Xalapa. Les recomiendo pedir una habitación que no dé hacia el pasillo pues las ventanas no tienen cortinas y así podrían tener más privacidad.

Todo muy bien, salvo que la caja fuerte de la habitación no tenía pila y al cerrarla fue imposible abrirla. Tuve que pedir auxilio al personal, que se demoró en acudir (el encargado de recepción prefirió seguir viendo su celular antes que pasar la orden de trabajo).
