It was good but i was confused i had booked 2 rooms with a twin bed but they provided a double bed only. I stayed at this lords inn for 2 nights and it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and tv. The bathroom was also clean and had hot water and toiletries. Wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was average, with a few choices of bread, fruit, and coffee. Etc, the staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes they were slow to respond to requests. The location was convenient to get to the accreditation office

We booked a room for our family from Dwarka visit for God Krishna temple, Sapphero Akshar inn jamnagar. All rooms are quite yummy service is memorable and most important thing is it's hotel is very peaceful. So our familyis enjoying happily. We ordered for dinner and it's delivered like as home made food it's very tasty. Hotel Team members are very supportive. We recommend to all people.

Nice hotel, good location good staff, both security personnel are very courteous and helping. Nagma is very supportive. Well maintained property. Only one issue with all the Hotel industry of that fluffy uncomfortable extra thick mattress which causes back pain and sleeplessness. They should research and have some solution.They must keep traditional mattress in spare. Over all good experience.

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

We 2 families stayed by taking 2 rooms for 3 days. Accommodation and service is excellent. The staff is very courteous & polite. Hotel located in heart of the city, all big shopping malls are in walkable distance. Food items are good except south indian dishes. They need to engage for expert chef.

Right from check-in to check-out, we enjoyed the entire stay and were grateful for the complimentary upgradation granted to us. Our experience would not have been as good if it were not for your efficient team of staff members. We would like to thank the Mr Bhavesh Bhai , Housekeeping as well as the Service team for their quick response and wonderful services. Hotel Hotel KIRTI is a very nice hotel in Jamnagar and we would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family. Once again, we thank you all.

Nice ambience, wonderful location, staff is very warm all around the resort, specially the restaurant Adil and Ankita greet and treat people lovingly. The complete staff in the restaurant make you feel at home with personal assistance specifically Adil ( A Dil - Heart) i would say a humble soul with smiling n charming face. Must visit stay for all reason

GGuest UserVery poor hospitality services, especially food. They have a large menu but most of the items are not available. The reason they gave was that they don't have enough chefs. For breakfast as well they had limited items and they tasted extremely bad. The only good thing was the room and swimming pool.

This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits can meet the standards we have come to expect.

Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, ensuring great comfort. The staff provided exceptional service, and the food at the multi-cuisine restaurant was delicious. The serene garden and pristine swimming pool added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended for an outstanding stay in dwarka!
