Cute and cozy, train track is right next to Inn and runs all through the night. Coffee maker did not work, and cream was bad.

Not the first time we've stayed at JB Inn. While the room is comfortable, the bathroom amenities and space are a little lacking. Internet service was sketchy. The rooftop space was a nice place to go to after a day of vacationing. Overall, I'd just say that this historic and charming place just needs some TLC and updating. But would probably go back!

The room was nice, but not enough staff. They expect the check in staff to be the bell hops too! Besides that the hotel was pleasant, except also for heavy wood doors that slam first thing in the morning! Also, the only staff that didn't care about the occupants was the cleaning staff! The door to their supply closet slammed about 40 times from 8AM on. Is that supposed to be our wake up call?

I booked for the weekend for my husband's birthday. Although, they don't have an all day staff on sight; Trevor was very helpful in making sure the cake I had delivered was put in my room before I checked in. The communication was great and the check in process was seamless. The location is great, many restaurants and shops near by... In regards to the train, I stayed in the Crane Suite and it wasn't an issue. Yes, we could hear it and feel the vibration, but not bad at all.
