여행을 계획했는데 여행 당일 집사람 몸이 좋지 않아, 가지 못하고 취소수수료 물테니 환불 좀 해달라고 전화를 수 차례했는데, 절대로 예약 취소가 안된다고 하여, 20만원 정도 돈 쌈싸먹었음. 예약취소 불가 상품이었다고 하는데, 내가 잘 못봐서 인지는 모르겠지만, 나는 인지하지 못했음.
특히 예약취소를 위해 트립닷컴에 전화했더니, 호텔로 연락해보라고 하고, 호텔에 연락했더니, 트립닷컴에 연락해 보라고 하고, 아주 축구공 마냥 왔다 갔다 시키고 나서 결국에는 예약 취소 안되고 환불 안된다고 함.
마지막에 상담했던 트립닷컴 여직원은 아마도 중국 아르바이트 생인지 모르겠으나, 한국말을 서투르게 하는 사람을 통해 취소불가를 통보함으로써 사람 더 열받게 만듬. 일부러 그러는가? 하는 생각이 들 정도였음.
호텔이건 트립닷컴이건 최악임.
