這家酒店最大的優點是離梵凈山近，舉例入口步行約5分鐘路程。服務員態度很好，響應較快，酒店內有免費喂鯉魚和孔雀的地方。
但是：
1.酒店設施陳舊，毛巾老舊，發黃甚至毛邊。
2.房間隔斷較多，並不寬敞。
3.蚊蟲超多。我們首晚入住時，因蚊子太多不敢開聯通卧室和小廳的房門，在酒店不能提供電蚊拍的情況下，在不足20平的卧室花了1.5小時，徒手打蚊子，共計打死21隻。走廊是開放式的，螳螂、黑蜘蛛、飛蛾、還有好多常見的山區蚊蟲都在走廊上見過，進出房門都要閃進閃出。
5.酒店默認不配備一次性拖鞋。
4.早餐僅7：30-9：30供應，（趕7：30最早那波進山的話時間非常緊張），早餐種類簡單，且味道一般。餐廳衞生也非常一般，玻璃上的污漬清晰可見，餐廳與外面草地聯通，常有蟲飛。
5.沒有給孩子準備從洗漱到食品的任何東西。孩子吃完晚飯想喝果汁，因為下雨的緣故出不去，酒店大堂擺着果汁機，但沒有水果，提供不了果汁，酒店和餐廳還不是一個系統，酒店不給問餐廳是否可以提供，我們又跑到餐廳問，餐廳也沒，衹有汽水、果醋、酒等飲品…
反正這次這個酒店的體驗真是…哎…

很久沒有住過帶管家服務的酒店，更何況這還是離景點距離最近的酒店。02號管家小樂是在我們抵達的晚上接到我們的電話，儘管時間已晚，他還是特別耐心地給我們講解酒店的設施安排、服務內容等等，最令人感動的，是他把自己珍藏的梵凈山攻略第一時間發給了我們，讓我們第二天的遊玩少走了很多彎路！不得不給02號管家小樂一個大大讚，祝酒店越來越好！

酒店離梵凈山大門非常近，走5分鐘就到，設施各方面都不錯，晚上很安靜。兩個服務員，一個叫小滿，還有一個叫小樂，極其熱情和負責任，為我們的旅行提供的很多諮詢，讓我們對這家酒店印象很好，是一個很愉快的入住體驗。
