The sister at the front desk was very friendly. Maybe because of the typhoon, many families canceled their trips and gave us a late check-out. The kids had a great time booking the slide room. There is a small platform next to the rainbow pool where you can barbecue and watch the fields. It is relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely come back next time!

What a terrible stay. There are no other facilities around the hotel, only a restaurant and a children's playground. The children's playground is very hot. If you leave a fan under the iron sheet for a long time, you will suffer from heatstroke. The slide is not slippery, so you have to use your feet to help. The waves in the wave pool are gray. As for Xishui District, the water quality is not good and very dirty. The entire play area is suitable for children aged 3-10 years old. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel room, and the phone was broken. I couldn't contact the service desk, so I had to rely on WeChat. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice provided. The wall base is damaged, the air conditioner is leaking, the bathroom door is misplaced, the lamp is broken, and there is no surrounding lamp design, so there are 2 sets of lamps. The location is far away from the city, it is difficult to call a taxi, and the hotel will not help. Wei's customer service attitude is very good.

The hotel has its own characteristics, but the sanitary condition is extremely poor. The toilet in the bathroom has not been cleaned. There are many stains on the carpet. The water leaking out of the shower room is extremely serious. If the water cannot be removed, the entire shower room stinks! This hotel should be protected from lightning! There are many bugs

I had a great time~ But I feel that the cleanliness needs to be improved. There are things left by previous residents on the bedside table on the second floor. The pillows feel a bit smelly to me. The paper cups on the first floor are open, but overall it is good. It is a bit expensive, but Good value for money. The format of breakfast morning tea is great. It satisfies the eating habits of Cantonese people. You can have it at any time you want. We all like to drink morning tea. It tastes good and the price is affordable. We are very satisfied.

在網上看到這個酒店特別適合遛娃，然後看到也有吐槽這個酒店的不好，特地來踩坑一下。來到之後可以果然沒選錯，首先我們是非週末來玩，我們6個大人，3個小朋友包場，室內的遊樂場沒想象中那麼熱，有很多把空調扇，然後室外的遊樂場比較熱所以我們沒玩，但是答應了小朋友秋天一定二刷這家酒店。其次酒店工作人員非常熱情，可能也是非旺季，主動跟我們説可以延遲退房，讓寶寶們睡個中午覺後再來退房，不用因為早上玩完遊樂場之後急匆匆地趕走我們，這真的是第一次見。真的要點個贊。然後最最最主要的是3個家庭6張早餐券共150塊，可以抵扣早上喝早茶的金額，我們6大三小點了一堆東西吃才100多塊，太值了。

珠三角城市有這種的親子民宿真的不錯，帶有電梯和私家泳池，比一般民宿更方便，民宿周邊都是田園風景，很是寫意，如果覺得自家泳池不夠玩，還可以去對面的遊玩中心耍耍，住宿免費進園，額外才29元/每人。大夏天裡麪的水上樂園不錯，但裏面的更衣中心比較簡陋，慎用。

我們一共訂了3間房，前台服務好，灑店房乾淨衞生，床墊個人覺得不怎麼舒服，灑店對有早荼吃飯的，有免費的停車場，樂園的水不怎麼乾淨衞生很多黑色的物體，房間陽台可以看到樓下的泳道，但是泳道也是一邊乾淨一邊不乾淨，希望改善！

兩個大人，兩個大童，一個小童，訂的是兩張1.5米床的日落房，入住的時候，前台小姐姐很貼心的建議我們可以拼床，也馬上安排多給毛巾和用品，房間在入住前已經開好空調，最後還提醒我們可以延遲退房，衹要提前説一下，實在太貼心啦！酒店一樓有游泳池，水深1.1米，周邊環境就是妥妥的田園風，也不會多蚊子！房間含了早餐，是給的一張50元的代金券，早餐是廣式早茶為主，味道和份量也不錯，菜品價格也是優惠的，而且還有咖啡機免費喝咖啡。房費包含了樂園門票，可以玩水上樂園，波波池，機動遊戲，水上樂園的水比較淺，項目也多，非常非常適合小朋友玩！遊樂園的機動遊戲都是免費，衹有三項是額外收費，10-15元一項。不足的地方就是有部分很想要的項目都是沒有遮擋，夏天實在太曬太熱了，而且衹有露天停車場，車子都是暴曬的！總體來説，這個地方很推薦，很適合放鬆！

趁放假，帶娃出遊一趟。本來定的是雪屋主題房，前台提前溝通幫忙安排了一個家庭房，很貼心。可惜天氣太熱，幸好酒店裡就有泳池，水上樂園，娃玩得不亦樂乎。室內還有個大型活動區，很好。不用開車就能吃到廣式早點，方便。總體娃很喜歡…

無意間在某書上看到，剛好小孩生日，立馬就預訂了，環境果然沒讓小孩失望，內置的旋轉滑梯，喜歡得不得了，一共三張床，兩個衞生間，對面就是小童樂園，酒店費用還包含了兩大一小的門票，無限次出入，玩的不亦樂乎，很適合家庭親子，酒店工作人員也很熱情，讓我們提前辦理入住，退房當天因為沒有訂單也讓我們晚一點退房，可以玩久一點，真的很棒，還有早餐券，足夠我們吃一個相對豐盛的早餐了，在離開時還送了兩個小孩每人一個珍珠杯，很好看，整體體驗感還是不錯的

衛生情況有待改善，廁所很容易塞，隔音不太好，前台服務算是可以，吃早餐的酒樓食物也不錯，樂園也挺好玩的，以為有大鴕鳥，結果是沒有。

小朋友玩得好開心，設施很大，玩的類型很多，就咁玩可以玩一整天，早餐食中式飲茶，都几多野食，唯一係較偏遠，但比較寧靜

一齊遛娃的好地方，樓下泳池，曬的話先玩室內無動力，早上和傍晚玩室外無動力，水上樂園，餓了就在酒店餐廳吃吃喝喝

入住時安排的房間衛生比較不理想，與前堂服務員溝通想轉換其他房間，服務員也很好積極的為我們安排。除房間衛生整體也是不錯的。
