Good service, very nice stuff

Hotel allow smoking in indoor area which make the floor smells really bad , and the washroom of our room smell like pee when we first stepped in . Have room for improvement.

Nice place but remote location

It was my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Jiangmen Xinhui. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The lobby is grand and the internet celebrity bookstore has a great atmosphere. The room is clean and spacious, and I felt comfortable and at ease. The beautiful sunset outside the window was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was rich, tasted good, and was very cost-effective. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Jiangmen. Recommend!

I stayed for a few nights and reported to the front desk three times that the water in my bathroom was blocked, especially the third time, I emphasized that it must be solved. As a result, it was still blocked when I took a shower that night. There were black spots on the paper towels, and one of the bottles of water provided was leaking. At 6 o'clock in the evening, there was a cleaning staff arguing with someone on the phone in the corridor.

The room was nice and I was very satisfied. Jared, the front desk guy, was very welcoming and had a very good service attitude. He introduced the hotel's supporting facilities in detail, and also gave me the hotel's breakfast and free room upgrade. Thank you very much. I will come again.

But I asked if the hotel restaurant can sell it or if there is a cake shop nearby to recommend, because the neighborhood is really remote! But they were all rejected by the front desk. Second, I ordered takeout, and the front desk guy told the takeout man that he did not have the authority to go upstairs to deliver takeout to the guests and asked the guests to go downstairs to get it themselves. Later, I called the front desk guy, and it became that the front desk was busy and couldn't leave, so I went downstairs to get it myself. What about other hotel waiters? And why can't there be a delivery robot. Third, the hand sanitizer in the room was used up, and the waitress who delivered it was very arrogant! I happened to meet her when I went out, and she said I had the key and I went in directly. She went in directly without waiting for my consent, and she was walking and talking without looking at you the whole time. Secondly, the hotel facilities: the hotel TV cannot be projected. There are only three or four machines in the gym. There is no sound insulation. Many tour groups come here, and many people shouting in the corridor can be heard clearly. Secondly, the disposable items such as toothbrushes and paper towels are also very resistant. Finally, there are few choices for breakfast, which is not good. But the waiters in the catering department are very friendly. That's it. I have stayed in the worst star hotel and will not come again.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will feel an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. The fourth floor of the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym and laundry room. When doing laundry, I bothered the front desk guy Jared several times, but his service attitude was still very enthusiastic. I have to give him a thumbs up. If I have a chance next time, I will stay at the hotel again for his service!

The hotel has complete facilities. When taking a shower, you can feel the large amount of water from the shower. After taking a shower after exercise, the whole person feels much better. There are also charging piles at the back of the hotel, which is really convenient and very suitable for lazy people! ! !
