I have stayed in several Lavande hotels, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor environment and service. 1. After three o'clock in the evening, the guests made a lot of noise and could be heard talking in the next room. 2. 前台服務態度好,但是房間設施衞生太差了。 馬桶上有尿漬,太噁心,這個我沒拍,給麗楓留點面子。房間牆紙都掀起來了,衣櫃上方靠牆的木板跑出來了,木板裏面黑乎乎的,藏個人都可以。靠床牆邊有發黴的黑漬,如果不是太晚,懶得折騰,我實在不想入住。

與朋友出遊,選擇在麗楓住一晚,定的雙人床想好好休息結果到凌晨兩點才能開睡覺 1、首先開的房間是538,在關閉電視機與未連接藍牙情況下房間仍有音樂響,大概持續了一個小時,與酒店方反饋未能解決所以酒店方提出給我們升級換親子房的方案,此時時間已經到凌晨一點多了,我和朋友衹想快點睡覺接受此方案於是換到410房間 2、更換到的410方案如圖,進入房間後悶味先不説,兩床中間有一衹死了的蟑螂,床單與被單分別有破損的情況,這就是麗楓的“衞生標準” 3、與酒店方説明410衞生情況後繼續給我們提方案就是一人一間較小的房間,我和朋友定雙床房的目的就是因為兩個女生互相有伴所以我們拒絕此方案選擇回到原來538房間,此時時間接近凌晨兩點 4、另外,538的房間電動窗簾已壞,淋浴房的花灑開關非常緊,需要巨大的力氣才能扭動,與酒店方反饋是:“每個房間的花灑都是這樣的”, 總結:本次的江門高爾夫球會店麗楓酒店刷新了我對酒店的服務態度與衞生標準,連所謂的“表面功夫”也不去做的,非常真實;各位如果想要花錢去買難受,那麼去麗楓酒店江門高爾夫球會店是個不二之選。

酒店衞生情況良好,服務人員每天都會主動問詢是否需要打掃。早餐是外包出去的,每天早上七點半才開餐,不能提前,對於需要早起外出的人説不友好。

先説優點:1.停車方便。2.服務不錯!缺點:1.設施一般,窗户小,我也不説什麼,因為我只是晚上住,主要是窗户隔音差,晚上噪音大!2.洗手間花灑旋鈕有點緊,難擰,上面的標識看不清,轉錯了淋濕了頭髮!3.洗手盤雖然看起來有特色,但太淺,洗手刷牙易*到身上!4.洗手枱太簡陋,放毛巾都有點放不下!5.洗手間沖浴地板太滑,應該是是做波紋防滑板!6.沖浴間前地溝有青苔,易藏細菌!7.房間木床架下邊緣未做倒角處理,鋒利的邊角易刮傷腳踝背!8.電視機打開電視節目不易,要用二個遙控器!且未貼標識!9.早餐一般!服務業細節決定成敗!而不是靠一些表面宣傳和創意來取悦消費者的!
