I have stayed in several Lavande hotels, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor environment and service. 1. After three o'clock in the evening, the guests made a lot of noise and could be heard talking in the next room. 2. 與朋友出遊,選擇在麗楓住一晚,定的雙人床想好好休息結果到凌晨兩點才能開睡覺 1、首先開的房間是538,在關閉電視機與未連接藍牙情況下房間仍有音樂響,大概持續了一個小時,與酒店方反饋未能解決所以酒店方提出給我們升級換親子房的方案,此時時間已經到凌晨一點多了,我和朋友衹想快點睡覺接受此方案於是換到410房間 2、更換到的410方案如圖,進入房間後悶味先不説,兩床中間有一衹死了的蟑螂,床單與被單分別有破損的情況,這就是麗楓的“衞生標準” 3、與酒店方説明410衞生情況後繼續給我們提方案就是一人一間較小的房間,我和朋友定雙床房的目的就是因為兩個女生互相有伴所以我們拒絕此方案選擇回到原來538房間,此時時間接近凌晨兩點 4、另外,538的房間電動窗簾已壞,淋浴房的花灑開關非常緊,需要巨大的力氣才能扭動,與酒店方反饋是:“每個房間的花灑都是這樣的”, 總結:本次的江門高爾夫球會店麗楓酒店刷新了我對酒店的服務態度與衞生標準,連所謂的“表面功夫”也不去做的,非常真實;各位如果想要花錢去買難受,那麼去麗楓酒店江門高爾夫球會店是個不二之選。
