酒店非常大氣，對房型是超級滿意，雙床房是獨立的兩個房間，一個房間一張床，房間很大，層高也很高，很寬敞。另外，早飯也非常豐盛，好吃！酒店還有短駁車，可以來回接送至廣場，很方便。

剛進飛馬水城，就被園區內歐式建築震撼了，擁有美術館、馬文化博物館、馬術體驗中心、馬術表演、馬車乘坐、貢多拉遊湖等等。沒想到馬兒島酒店這麼精緻，挑高設計，走在裏面心情很舒暢。房間特別寬敞，定了套間，一家人住的很舒適，設施很新，洗漱用品是歐舒丹的，衞生間設計合理，乾濕分離，梳粧台對愛美的女士特別友好，化粧品、護膚品再也不用擔心沒地方放了，早餐也很豐富，孩子很喜歡👍

玩了一天回酒店沒熱水洗澡，來修了3 4次都沒修好，要不就是水壓小，要不就是沒熱水，一直弄到半夜12點，説是給你換間房，孩子衣服都脱了，第二天説是值班經理會聯繫，壓根沒有聯繫，第二天退房投訴到前台一直處理到中午12點一直沒有處理！一次非常差的住宿體驗！店大欺客，專宰外地人！避雷！

出行如果是電車，沒充電樁，極不方便。電車需到2公裡外的充電樁充電。若充電需要1小時，那電車充上電後，車主應該怎麼辦呢？等1個小時？還是打車先回酒店，再打車來取車？

客房值班施經理態度奇差無比，房間淋雨花灑不能用，多次調試，水温仍然低，帶的小孩根本沒法洗澡。半夜12點提出換房方案，不考慮住客自身情況。交涉溝通多次拒不出麪解決問題。根本看不出來是一個五星級酒店該有服務態度。差👎
