酒店服務超級棒配有管家，有任何問題都可以隨時問管家，酒店環境也很好，入住辦理流程很流暢，最驚喜的是淡季還給免費升房型了。親子套房深得小朋友的喜愛，小朋友的洗護用品也很齊全，在親子方面開元是真的做得不錯。客房樓下就是超大的小童樂園，小朋友足足玩了一個上午，還有免費的手工製作。酒店地理位置也很好，步行十分鐘就是月河古街，吃的東西都還不錯，帶長者帶小孩都很適合。

這次選擇了開元觀堂，真的是選對了，無論是酒店環境還是贈送的早餐，都是非常滿意的，酒店的管家也是非常盡心，尤其是前台小范，很貼心，總之，非常滿意，以後來嘉興，一定還會選擇這裏！

感覺很不錯，預訂的親子套，提前聯繫了管家小丹給安排了升級到上下鋪的還不錯，房間很大，房間裏還有一衹小木馬，也有很多繪本，帶了兩個小朋友來玩的很開心。停車場也挺大的呢，表揚管家小丹的服務很棒的，有需要可以隨時聯繫上，響應速度快😊
