很少會寫評論，也很少遇到糟糕的酒店，全季酒店真的住過不少，這次真的要吐槽一下這個濟南的全季酒店，登記入住的時候，前台接待小妹的態度就已經很差，入住後發現床上居然有Y毛，到第二天還沒到退房時間，居然打我手機催退房，問能不能稍微遲點，回答12點必須退。作為天天出差的人，真的受不了這樣的酒店，攜程有拉黑功能？

最差的一次酒店體驗，1）淋浴沒熱水，九點鐘就報修了，酒店前台居然跟我説是因為用水高峯期沒熱水叫我等等，等到十一點終於證明是淋浴壞了，據我所知酒店定期退房檢查、維修應該是基本功，很難讓人不懷疑酒店是明知有故障還要硬把房間定給我們；2）盒子裏的小牙膏有一個是用過的，極度噁心；3）前台工作人員建議我“今晚別洗澡”、“用盥洗台的熱水擦擦身子”，當得知我太累了不打算退房的時候笑出了聲，非常的令人不悦。綜上，我個人以後不會再訂全季酒店，也會向身邊的朋友強烈建議避坑，這也是我為什麼會選擇委屈一晚的理由，我寧願花錢買一次真實記錄糟糕體驗的機會。對了，昨晚我全程錄音錄像拍照留痕了，所以如果****的酒店管理方打算靠打騷擾電話過來逼我取消投訴或者打算顛倒黑白的話，我不介意硬剛到底，所以希望諸位別想着事後怎麼消除意見，多想想怎麼提高管理水平和服務質量杜絕此類事件再度發生，我衹想好好休息。
