The elevator is fast, the room service is fast and very good, and the concierge and front desk are all good-looking staff. But I underestimated the congestion during the peak season of holidays in Jinan. For the location of the hotel, it is not far from the scenic spots, but it is very troublesome to get stuck, so it is not recommended if you come during the peak season! The breakfast is very average, not very recommended, there is nothing to eat, the child is exactly 140, the hotel decisively charged 75 meal fees, the child ate a few bites of cucumber, a few pieces of tofu and two small pieces of cake, and didn't eat anything else, and there was really nothing to eat. The swimming pool is good, but it's strange that casual clothes are not allowed to enter. I accompanied the child to swim, and I was still wearing the hotel's slippers, but it didn't work. The child insisted on playing and the adults could only go in and out like a thief. Other hotels don't have this requirement, right? It is recommended to write strange requirements in the hotel reservation tips in advance to avoid contradictions

We stayed at this hotel first time for 5 nights, it was an excellent experience. the location was so convenient, close to all tourism spots and major public transports. Cao wenju, Wang hongxia and Zhang lingmei from housekeeping were extemely friendly and helpful. No. 4 Xiang jie from breakfast service was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wangxia and Xiaolin from reception were also very friendly and helpful. in general we loved staying here and will definately comeback and also recommend you to others.

AMAZING HOTEL! More than my expectations. Brilliant accommodation. With 200RMB more you can enjoy a late checkout, exceptional breakfast for two with variety of western and Chinese food and drinks, from 14:00-16:30pm you can enjoy the afternoon tea with fruit and very delicious small tuna croissant and Happy hour from 18:00-20:00pm with wine and many alcohol drinks and super delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel definitely worth the money! If I have chance I will visit it again. The view from 70th floor is SPEECHLESS insane. God is good.
