Jinan Spa Hotels

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

Wonderful experience staying here. The staff's very friendly, especially Luna, Abby, Julie and all of them. Room is very clean. Facilities are great! Would recommend staying here if you are coming to Jinan.

Environment: It's just a few steps away from Meilian Plaza. The hotel has an ancient style and the interior design is also in line with the Qilu Confucian characteristics! The sound insulation effect of the room is very good, and there is no problem of noisy subway construction! Service: Not to mention the service, it was beyond my imagination. From the time you check in to the time you leave the hotel, you will feel at home! Leisure time afternoon tea (choose one of two): The afternoon tea is very rich and the children also like it very much! The hotel also warmly prepares refreshing morning tea and hot drinks made with Chinese medicine. The hotel's breakfast buffet is not inferior to the breakfast in other five-star hotels. There are many varieties and rich choices, and the breakfast choices are a bit overwhelming. It tastes good! In short, I recommend that friends from other places traveling to Jinan can rest assured to choose Ziyue Meixiu, and they will definitely live up to their trip!

I checked in the day before yesterday and checked out yesterday. Overall, the check-in experience was okay. It's very close to Metro Line 3, but why didn't Ctrip indicate which exit it was from? As a result, I came out from the farthest exit A. The road was too messy. Very irritable! Overall, the room is relatively comfortable. Although it is a bit old, the facilities and equipment are good, especially the bed. The quality of sleep is good throughout the night. There was a meeting the next day. The venue was very good and the square shape was very easy to use.

The room is spacious and bright, with two 1.5-meter beds, which is enough for children. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the scenic spot, which is convenient for going anywhere. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. This time I traveled alone with my child, and I specially booked a hotel close to the high-speed rail station. The room was okay, and the breakfast was filling (the auntie who cooked noodles always smiled and chatted with the child every time she saw the child, which made me feel very comfortable). The hotel's service was a highlight, very warm and thoughtful. They upgraded the room, prepared a fruit plate, toiletries and footrests for the children (although they couldn't reach them with the footrests, haha), prepared blind boxes for the children when they checked out, and helped carry the boxes until the bus arrived. They also sent WeChat greetings later. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinan

Facilities: Overall, it is relatively new, and the hardware is relatively good. The curtains are thick enough and block light well, which is very friendly to me who is afraid of light. The shower head in the bathroom is not fixed well, and the angle cannot be adjusted at will. It should be loose after long use. The most troublesome thing is the use of the light. I have never understood the rules. Why does the bedside lamp light up when I turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night? Hygiene: Objectively speaking, the surface is still quite clean, and there is no dust on the countertops and corners. The toilet and bathroom are separated by dry and wet areas, and they are a bit far away. The bad experience is that I saw geckos in the room, and the toilet trash can that the cleaning lady did not clean up after cleaning (as shown in the picture). Environment: The location is just south of Daming Lake. The environment can be said to be very pleasant. There is also an independent small courtyard. It is also very comfortable to go for a walk when the weather is warm. Service: Very good 👍. The hotel store was closed due to the New Year’s market, and called in advance to inform and provide solutions in time. All services are available on call and feedback is timely. Although it is overtime during the Spring Festival, everyone’s face is full of smiles for guests, and there is no perfunctory.
