環境：一開始定的房間是特價，進屋全是很臭很濃的黴味。 我攜程積分高可以免費升級房間，酒店給拒絕了，房間很臭完全沒法住的情況也沒給升級房間，最後直接讓加錢才給我們找了兩間沒有黴味的房間。
