酒店外觀馬馬虎虎，裏面前台永遠衹有一個人，忙都忙不過來。我們訂了兩間大床房，一間沒有網絡，排風扇還壞了；另一間沒有放任何洗潄用品，叫客服時電話一直沒人接，必須得自己下去叫前台，叫了保潔來送，保潔穿得是一件生活中的衣服不是工作服，她送了兩雙牙具，兩瓶洗髮露，兩瓶護髮素，最常用的沐浴露就送了一瓶給我們三個人用兩天,少了一雙牙具和兩瓶沐浴露讓她再送來還很不服氣，説，你們早不説又送一趟。等再來時一衹手拿着手機一衹手拿着一雙牙具和兩瓶沐浴露，放得時候就像在扔一樣，還翻白眼，態度極差。衞生間燈光昏暗。早餐種類非常少，果汁，豆漿和牛奶水量放太多了，衹有水的味道。酒店裡有毛主席的住過的房間可以參觀。這裏的前台服務還比較好，可保潔的服務和清潔讓人火冒三丈。酒店地理位置是不錯的，很中心，對面就是天街，很多飯店，吃飯很方便。總體來説，酒店房價跟設施服務不太匹配，性價比一般。
