The location is super good. There are all kinds of food and the Starlight Night Market. The bedding is very comfortable. The key is that it is not noisy at all in the downtown area. Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

The pick-up-service and the drop-off-service to the airport worked without any problems. The owner and the personnel are super friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel was clean and uniquely equipped. The breakfast was delicious. There is nothing i can complain about in any ways. As a foreigner a very good choice to explore Jinghong and sights, but also far enough away from city (15 minutes by taxi) to escape the city hustle. It was my birthday during the stay there. I received a small gift from the owner. A very attentive and nice women! Thank you very much for the wonderful time at Hidden Garden Inn!

The facility at the hotel resort is good, the staff are friendly and hospitable. The landscape are well kept and villa room has high ceiling with stupendous bathroom / shower. Great resort for a luxurious quiet family get away.
