房間住的很舒服，環境不錯，靠近九寨溝景區門口，而且服務態度很好，特別是一個叫海軍的小夥子，啥事都可以幫忙，值得推薦！

沒有定到大床房，定了標間，被子和房間煙味都特別大，進門就有熱情迎接，送行李至房間，早餐也可以，環境不錯，淡季性價比高

The service here is topnotch. They assigned 小航to attend to us for any queries, and he was very speedy and responsive. We asked for so many extra blankets, water, etc, and quickly given, no complaints or rudeness. The reception was very kind to us by giving children to free buffet breakfast. The hotel has cigarette smell though, that's the only con. Otherwise it is clean, and very conveniently located. I would recommend.

房間很大很舒服 環境很不錯 中間有一個小院子
從酒店大概走15分鐘就到溝口，酒店旁邊也有很多餐館可以吃飯，酒店

非常滿意！酒店距離景區入口步行十多分鐘距離，也可以提前到前台預訂順風車直達才4元錢。住地旁邊就是天堂口，超市、美食、葯店都有，我看了一下酒店超市和外面超市商品價格一樣，方便麪6元，脈動6元，都不貴。在黃龍九寨高鐵站坐直通大巴中途休息地的商品比景區貴，大家不要聽她們忽悠！

整體還是不錯，但是細節需要加強！比如前台沒有提供免費口罩和簡易辦公用品（大頭針等） 也沒有免費班車可以去九寨溝溝口
