前台服務員就一個人，一直在接電話，等了很久（足有15分鐘）才答應，並且約好了第二天上午送去景區入口的時間，等到大堂時，説車壞了去修了，後來提出質問爭吵了幾句，又過來一人，説有車可以送，這才送過去，不像一個星級酒店該有的服務

住了很多酒店，這家是最讓我滿意的，前台接待人員特別熱情，還有景區接送，讓我們節約了很多時間，早餐很豐富，吃的飽飽的出發去景區，服務員提前給我們做了九寨溝出行計劃，比我們自己做的出行計劃詳細多了，真心覺得很贊。
