優點，離九寨溝遊客中心不遠，步行十來分鐘到達。缺點是，房間有點陳舊了，冬天的九寨溝挺冷的，空調還打不熱，希望完善

沒有電梯，拖着大箱子上一個狹長的平台+樓梯才能到酒店，到了以後還要拖着上三樓，真的絕了。
房間門鎖是老式門栓樣式的，門鎖上了但是門縫過大導致光和風都可以進來。窗户是壞掉的，鎖不上，衹能安慰自己三樓不會有人爬上來。房間裏鋪了很厚的地毯，地毯不知道開業至今沒洗過還是怎麼樣，被子裏有蟲，沒抓到，衹能寬心睡覺。
有一説一老闆服務態度非常好，來幫忙提行李，也接受寄存行李，離九寨溝入口確實不遠，但是條件真的好差好差，獨居女生不要來住。
