of the 250 nights, 8 hotels and 15+ rooms I have stayed in Joao Pessoa over the last 2 years, this is by far the worst experience! I checked in late Friday and the room was hot and musty, no TP, no soap. no shampoo, small towels, no dish detergent. the house keeper stopped in and i asked her to bring me more towels. have not seen her since. she has not cleaned, has not brought more towels like i asked. brought TP on the 3rd day. of course i had already got my own. mold in bathroom. water leak behind toilet. and when i contacted the hotel to ask for things, they told me i had to contact the private owner. I do not know who to do that since i thought i had booked a hotel and not some peace of crap dump.

Marinas Praia Flat - Av. Cabo Branco 1116/apto. 120. João Pessoa, PB. Data da locação 11-17/03/23. A localização do apartamento é muito boa, de tamanho médio, bom. Dispõe de facilidades básicas, porém, lamentamos os comentários que se seguem: a) A roupa de cama deveria ter melhores condições. b) O banheiro é digno de causar repulsa. Sujeira ao redor da base do vaso sanitário (1); box malconservado, com sujeira (nas paredes e piso) (2) e mal vedado (a água escorre para fora, no piso); metais com goteira (chuveiro e torneira). Espelho com desgastes/manchas. b) Saleta, quarto e sacada – tomadas elétricas antigas; travas de janela e porta inoperantes; cortinas soltas/penduradas (3); forro da poltrona rasgado, à vista; balcão com acabamento descolado; não tem cadeira; cabos elétrico e de antena da tv expostos (4); aparelho de telefone desprovido de tomada; dreno provisório no piso (sacada) inacabado; lâmpada queimada. c) Cozinha - tomada elétrica antiga, com adaptador triplo para fogão e micro-ondas. Em resumo, julgamos estes, e outros itens, no mínimo, falta de zelo e, consequentemente, desrespeito aos locatários. Algumas poucas fotos (1-4) foram selecionadas nesta avaliação, porém, outras 33 estão à disposição dos interessados.

Acomodação tranquila! Fui realizar um teste físico em JP e precisei chegar um dia antes na cidade, o hotel supriu minhas necessidades durante esses 2 dias. Ótimo atendimento.

Melhor localização de Joao Pessoa, entre Cabo Branco e Tambau, quase em frente ao letreiro. Perto de tudo. O flat é otimo, piscina na cobertura com linda vista. Atendimento muito bom. Ficamos porem dois dias sem wi fi ....
