Location is near sardarpura market and on the main road so public transport is readily available. The staff is courteous.

Room was no good, electric kettle was not working, each and every electric plug were direct no switch connected, room lighting were not working only 2 out of 6 were working. Smoking was prohibited in hotel and sensors are installed but in our room there was continue smelling of cigarette. My opinion is better find another property to stay. We ordered food in room, food was average. Person came to sign the bill at 11 pm, that was ridiculous, i mean either they should signed it with the food delivery or they should postponed it to the next morning.

The room was good, there was little maintenance needed in the door the smart lock was not working but they always opened the door with the master key. The staff was good and very sweet behaviour wise. There was a fixed menu for lunch or dinner if you opt for breakfast and dinner and you stay for more than 1 night in that case you will have the same options for dinner every night.
